About me
I am a first generation Latina, life-long New Yorker, mother, wife, and psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience.
Since graduating from the CUNY Silberman School of Social Work in 2014, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from many different backgrounds in a variety of settings from outpatient clinics to hospitals and residential settings. I’ve received formal training and certification in several evidence-based modalities, which I’ve blended with neuroscience and mind-body techniques to help people improve their well-being.
Today I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and enjoy working with adults and couples struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transition challenges. I want to work with you to challenge unhelpful beliefs about yourself, build upon your strengths, and work toward healing, authenticity, and the life you want to live. Whether you’re new to therapy or have been in therapy before, embarking on this journey can feel daunting. Let’s navigate this new chapter of your life or relationship together.
